Guava at IHKA Bali 2026

GUAVA International was honoured to participate in the International Housekeeper's Conference 2026, organized by the Indonesian Housekeepers Association (IHKA) Bali. Bringing together approximately 500 hospitality professionals, educators, industry partners, and delegates from across Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam, the event served as an important platform for knowledge exchange, professional development, and regional collaboration within the hospitality sector.
Under the theme "From Tradition to Transformation: Culture of Housekeeping Leadership in the Age of AI," the conference explored the evolving role of technology, innovation, and leadership in hospitality operations while reinforcing the enduring importance of human-centered service excellence.
