We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Operations Coordinator to support our growing activities in Malaysia and the region.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, managing details, ensuring timely follow-up, and maintaining high standards of execution. 


The successful candidate takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring customers, partners, and internal teams receive excellent support.

What You'll Do

Order & Operations Management
  • Manage customer orders through the ERP system from order confirmation to delivery

  • Maintain accurate customer, order, inventory, and project records

  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment

  • Monitor order progress and proactively resolve issues that may affect delivery timelines

  • Ensure documentation and operational processes are completed accurately and on time


Coordination & Administration
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, reports, and supporting documents

  • Track project timelines, action items, and deliverables

  • Maintain organized records and documentation across projects and accounts

  • Support implementation of client projects, events, and partnership activities


Customer & Partner Support
  • Serve as a coordination point between customers, partners, suppliers, and the regional team

  • Provide timely updates and follow-up on requests, orders, and project activities

  • Support relationship management by ensuring a professional and responsive customer experience


What We're Looking For
  • Based in Peninsular Malaysia

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Operations, Supply Chain, Administration, or related fields

  • Experience in operations, administration, customer service, hospitality, order management, procurement, supply chain, or project coordination

  • Comfortable working with ERP, CRM, inventory, or business management systems

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to work independently while coordinating with regional teams

  • Proactive, dependable, and responsive
